My passion for coaching
Getting to know yourself, loosening entanglements and taking responsibility for your own life is often the most difficult and at the same time the most enriching journey we can go on. With every aha-moment, every self-determined, purposeful action and every authentic feeling, we come closer to our true core. A protective room helps in times of personal change. Room for questioning, trying out, exploring and strengthening. There is nothing more beautiful then when joy and lightness come back into your life after you refocused or gained new abilities to cope with everyday life.
How do I coach?
Most people who seek out coaching have been dealing with their problem for some time and have not yet found a solution. At such a moment, it can be helpful to encourage rethinking or to approach possible solutions on a different, physical level - to allow the mind to rest. Nevertheless, body and mind are connected to each other. While the latter is still brooding over something, the body might already know the answer and sets impulses we do not notice anymore. If we recognize what is already there, we make room for development. During a coaching session, I address the person and their needs and create an appreciative and trusting environment that invites the individual to open up. Together we work out a goal for the session and discuss which method will work best to achieve the goal. The coaching process is always different, playful, strength- and solution-oriented.
What do I offer?
I offer a safe environment for people who want to work during a one-to-one coaching on a solution for a current issue they face with themselves or others in their private or work life. The request can be driven by an individual or a company in the sense of an employee or leadership coaching. Among others, the following methods can be applied in coaching:
- Solution focused brief therapy (Steve de Shazer, Insoo Kim Berg)
- Integrated solution-oriented psychology (Dr. Dietmar Friedmann)
- Systemic solution-oriented coaching (Dr. Dietmar Friedmann)
- NLP – Neuro-linguistic programming (Robert Dilts)
- Psychography and Process Dynamics (Dr. Dietmar Friedmann)
- Autonomy Training (Dr. Ronald Grossarth-Maticek)
- Anchors, e.g. Coach Model and Logical Levels (Robert Dilts)
